Potent polymerised synthetic TLR adjuvants
A synthetic Toll Like Receptor adjuvant formulated using our polyMAP platform produces a five-fold greater immune response when compared to a 25 times higher dose of the same Toll like Receptor adjuvant alone. The polymer alone is totally non-immunogenic but by presenting the small synthetic adjuvant molecules in an arrayed pattern the PolyMAP platform significantly enhances the immunogenic effect.
